The story is that the kid has NOTHING IN THIS WORLD and gets picked on in high school and has a HUGE celebrity crush on Paris. And he just imagines himself with her (in his room) and then he keeps seeing her everywhere. And then he asks her "I gotta ask you something" which was to hold hands and walk inside the cafeteria or w/e.. and if you guys couldn't understand that, then go back to school. Listen to the song.
