The water slide is in a park, `Therme 3000' in Moravske Toplice, Slovenia. It is built and being tested by a German company called Hartwigsen. The clip shows the Germans testing it in Slovenia. It is an enclined loop, part of a system called Aquarena. The theme park shows well on Google earth if you type the city. Hartwigsen has a web site too.
